I currently serve as Human Resource Manager at Clear Harbor (Dominica), where I work very closely with the Regional Director of Human Resources, lead organizational strategy and employee engagement across a large operational workforce. Previously, I spent five years at Digicel Dominica, supporting the CEO and serving as HR Executive, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Human Resources for the Windward Islands. These roles have shaped my ability to manage high-level projects, communicate effectively across sectors, and foster meaningful stakeholder relationships.

My foundation in media, marketing, and public relations was built at 365 Group Inc., where I first discovered a passion for promotion, outreach, and content creation, which are skills that continue to inform my work today. Over the years, I have designed and executed campaigns, events, and materials that promote Dominica to both local and international audiences, not only through digital content but through actual mobilization, bringing visitors to the island and creating experiences that connect people to its value and potential.
