As the lead coordinator behind the Gala Getaway 2025, I conceptualized, designed, promoted, and executed this multi-day initiative which hosted over 120 regional guests from countries including St. Lucia and Trinidad & Tobago. The initiative was anchored by the Gospel Gala, a national fundraising concert featuring BJ’orn Pierre and the USC HIS LUV Choir, and extended into a full cultural and spiritual immersion weekend.
From the creation of branded promotional assets and itinerary brochures, to managing logistics, partnerships, and guest experience, I delivered a comprehensive event package that blended faith-based tourism, community outreach, and strategic marketing. The initiative not only supported SDA education in Dominica but also significantly expanded the island’s regional profile.
Designed to raise regional awareness of the Gospel Gala and provide volunteers with meaningful opportunities to give back, the Impact & Explore Dominica initiative was fully conceptualized, planned, and executed with custom promotional materials I built. The effort blended outreach, culture, and service into one impactful experience.
As part of the Impact & Explore Dominica initiative, a detailed itinerary was created to guide all 120 volunteers through the experience.
