To support Clear Harbor’s recruitment efforts in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, I conceptualized, scripted, and edited a recruitment video aimed at attracting quality candidates and enhancing brand visibility. The video played a central role in our hiring campaign, effectively engaging potential applicants.
Led internal promotions and creative support for Creole Day, celebrating Dominica’s culture through traditional dress, local cuisine, and staff engagement, fostering national pride and unity across the workplace.
To help reduce absenteeism and boost morale, the Carnival Perfect Attendance Initiative was developed, using engaging flyers and incentives to encourage consistent attendance during the festive season.
Each year, I lead the planning and promotion of our Valentine’s Day Appreciation Initiative, a meaningful staff engagement effort designed to recognize and celebrate our associates. Through creative visuals and on-site activities, we foster a workplace culture of gratitude and team spirit.

During the visit of Oliver Coughlan, former CEO of Digicel Group, to Dominica, I led the coordination of all logistics for the Business Review Session. This included venue preparation, executive scheduling, internal communications, and cross-departmental alignment, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both local and international leadership.
I coordinated a certification program for Digicel’s Technical Team, bringing in a trainer from Jamaica to enhance their expertise in Fiber Optics. This initiative strengthened our team’s capabilities and supported our commitment to ongoing human capital development.
From participating in hands-on training in Jamaica for the rollout of a new Human Resource Information System to spearheading a company-wide Digital Transformation Project, I have been entrusted with high-level capacity-building initiatives across the region. Selected by senior leadership for advanced training at the Digicel Head Office in Miami, I returned to lead the successful adaptation and delivery of localized workshops for teams in Digicel Dominica and Digicel BVI, ensuring both alignment with global standards and relevance to local operational needs.
In November 2019, I had the opportunity to participate in a high-level, three-day innovation workshop led by renowned author and innovation expert Nathan Furr. The session brought together representatives from every Digicel territory alongside all Digicel Group Executives, fostering cross-market collaboration and strategic thinking at the highest level of the organization.

At Digicel, staff engagement extended beyond the daily work routine. Team members actively gave back to the community through donation drives and outreach initiatives. We celebrated the year’s achievements at our annual Staff Christmas Party and brought energy to the workplace with activities like desk decoration competitions. Staff also played a key role in launching new products and services, making each event a moment of shared pride and participation.
I coordinated the delivery of grocery hampers by the Technical Team to Chances Home for Children, ensuring the initiative was executed smoothly and made a meaningful impact to the recipients.
As the culmination of our staff engagement efforts throughout the year, I conceptualized, planned, and executed the 2022 Annual Staff Christmas Party—bringing the team together to celebrate our collective achievements and foster a strong sense of community.
This initiative featured staff decorating their desks based on the year’s Christmas theme, with customers voting to choose the winner. The entire concept, artwork, and promotion were developed to drive engagement and the festive spirit across the company.
This launch event marked the introduction of LTE to Dominica for the Staff, thoughtfully planned and executed to engage and excite staff. This successful celebration brought the team together to commemorate a key company achievement.
